Join us for an evening of fine food and exceptional wines. We'll start with a reception in Butcher's classic barroom with some passed appetizers. From there we'll move out to our mountain view patio for a four course dinner with wine pairing. Check out the details below. Space is limited, make your reservation today.

About The Wines

Wines by...

Bibiana Gonzalez Rave - Born in Columbia where she studied chemical engineering and business. She later moved to France to learn winemaking and viticulture at the University of Bordeaux, graduating with honors. She has worked at such legendary wineries as: Au Bon Climat, Peay, Lynmar Estate, and Haut Brion, to name a few. Her Alma de Cattleya Pinot Noir was awarded #41 in the 2021 Top 100 Wines in the world from Jeb Dunnuck. She is married to Jeff Pisoni of Pisoni Vineyards and she is raising two boys in their home town of Santa Rosa California. 


Guest Sommelier...

Cameron Mercer - Emcee for the wine dinner, is the owner of the UT wine brokerage, Mercer Beverage Marketing. He works exclusively with family owned, estate wineries throughout the world. He apprenticed under Master Sommelier Jay Fletcher, and holds a Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Cameron spent 4 years with the Ritz Carlton Naples, FL as sommelier. He was interviewed and appeared in the Wine Spectator’s restaurant edition in 2000 discussing his new approach to his wine list. He also worked at Anthony Bourdain's Les Halles in Manhattan in the 90s.
